Klika Service Awards launched - First ceremony held today in Klika Sarajevo office
On Tuesday, May 18th 2021 we have launched Klika Service Awards and held a first Klika Service Awards ceremony in 2021 in our Sarajevo office.
Klika Service Awards is a special programme designed to award Klika's employees for their years of service at Klika. Upon reaching specific milestones of 1, 3, 5, and 10 years of working at Klika every employee receives a special recognition. Different awards are given to employees depending on the milestone they reached.
At this occasion, as a part of the ceremony, a total of 25 awards were awarded to members of the Klika team who celebrated milestones 1, 3, and 5 during first quarter of the year. Also, we have awarded team members who have reached their milestones in previous years, and have begun their career at Klika in the first quarter, making sure that everyone at Klika receives an award during 2021, closing this year's ceremony cycle with at the end of Q4 2021.
We believe that #doingOURBEST is the least we can do, supporting #brilliant people is not just an option, and #takingTHELEAD in creating better career opportunities and workplace environment is also a way to #giveBACK to our community.
