Backend .NET Developer (WPF)

Klika partners with a global leader in surgical robotics to build software powering next-generation minimally invasive procedures. We develop high-performance, scalable systems with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and real-time data processing in a healthcare environment. We’re looking for a .NET & WPF developer to help design and build desktop applications and core application components.

About the Position

​In this role, you will:

• ​​Design and build backend and core system components in .NET (C#) (business logic, APIs, integrations, data processing).

• Design and build desktop applications using WPF

• Write clean, testable code and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the system.

• Design and implement data storage and access layers.

• Debug issues across environments and support releases/production when needed.

• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and help support/coach teammates when relevant.

Requirements:​​​

• 4+ years professional experience with .NET / C#

• Strong backend engineering skills (architecture, APIs, integrations, data processing)

• Experience with databases + data access (e.g. Entity Framework)

• Desktop development experience (WPF/MVVM, WinUI) 

• Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, and maintainable architecture

• Testing mindset (unit tests; bonus for integration/performance testing)

• Comfortable owning features end-to-end and collaborating in a team

• Fluent English (B2/C1+), written and spoken, for working with international stakeholders and documentation.

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Cross-platform UI exposure (MAUI/Xamarin)

• Messaging/IPC or message brokers, DI/IoC containers, SQLite
