Global Agility Benchmarking Platform

Our Client’s Backstory

Our client is a pioneer in organizational performance, providing data-driven tools that help global enterprises embed continuous improvement into their business model. Since its inception in 2015, the company has grown into a market leader, now serving over 40,000 organizations across 140 countries—including a significant portion of the Fortune 500. Klika was selected as the technical partner to transform the client’s vision into a scalable agility assessment platform capable of benchmarking performance against global industry standards.

The Challenge

The project required engineering an analytics engine that could translate subjective organizational practices into objective, quantifiable metrics. Key challenges included:

Metric Standardization: Defining fair, objective KPIs to measure organizational agility across diverse business sectors and company sizes.
Cross-System Interoperability: Ensuring the platform could ingest and harmonize data from a wide variety of existing enterprise databases and project management tools.
Dynamic Scalability: Architecting a system capable of supporting exponential user growth while maintaining real-time reporting accuracy.
Evolving Methodologies: Designing a flexible backend to accommodate the evolution of agile practices and emerging project management frameworks.
Frictionless UX: Creating an intuitive, self-service onboarding experience to minimize barriers to entry for large-scale enterprise clients.

The Solution

Klika served as the core engineering team, guiding the client through the entire SDLC—from initial product discovery to global scaling. Our solution included:

Data-Driven Assessment Engine

Built a web application that enables organizations to conduct self-assessment surveys and compare results against the Comparative Agility Index.

Unified Benchmarking Dashboard

Developed visualization models that allow users to track improvement efforts over time and compare their performance against 12 million global data points.

Extensible Integration Framework

Engineered a plugin-based architecture for seamless integration with external tools and databases, ensuring data integrity and real-time reporting.

Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Implemented automated testing and TDD practices to ensure architectural stability and long-term technical quality.

Modernized UX Redesign

Recently spearheaded a platform redesign, introducing new features and a modern interface to enhance user engagement.
