Our Client's Backstory

Their platform integrates directly with existing tools, vendors, and processes, letting clients improve employee wellbeing without disrupting what already works. As the product grew, ensuring quality and reliable delivery became increasingly important.

The Challenge
The client's rapid product growth outpaced their QA capabilities, putting quality and delivery at risk. A lack of structure, automation, and scalable processes made it difficult to support fast, reliable releases.

We came in to assess the client's QA and automation landscape and to define a strategy that aligned with where their product was heading. Based on our analysis, we recommended a greenfield approach, focusing on delivering immediate regression automation while laying the groundwork for long-term quality engineering.

After evaluating the existing Cypress setup and QA practices, we identified limited reuse potential and recommended building a modern Playwright-based framework from scratch, ensuring the new setup was scalable, maintainable, and built on current best practices.
