As a significant force in the Algerian financial sector, the bank identified an opportunity to accelerate financial inclusion through digital transformation. The objective was to spearhead the introduction of modern mobile banking to a market characterized by underdeveloped infrastructure, positioning the bank as a first-to-market provider of digital-first financial services in Algeria.

The Challenge

Full-Spectrum Mobile Banking: Developed high-performance native iOS and Android applications featuring card management, real-time P2P transfers, and secure near-contact payments.
Web-Based Support Ecosystem: Built a specialized back-office customer support portal to enable bank personnel to troubleshoot account issues and manage user lifecycles.
